This page explains what A&A Core Marketing does with information from people who visit this website or get in touch. It is written to be read, not survived.
What this website collects
Almost nothing. There is no contact form, no advertising pixels, and no cookies of any kind. Nothing is stored on your device, and nothing follows you to other websites.
The one thing we do collect is a page-view count, through Vercel Web Analytics. It tells us how many people visited and which of the two pages they looked at. It is cookieless, it does not identify you, and it does not build a profile of you or track you across the internet. If you would rather it did not run at all, any ad-blocker or your browser's "do not track" setting will stop it, and the site works exactly the same.
Our host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of delivering the site. That is their infrastructure, not our collection.
If you click "Book a call", that opens Google Calendar, which is Google's service with Google's privacy policy. Whatever you enter there goes to them and to us.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email, call, or book a call, we have whatever you send: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and to prepare work you asked about. Nothing more.
What we do with it
- Answer you, and do the work you hired us for.
- Keep records required for accounting and tax.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business — our email provider, our payment processor, and our accountant. Each sees only what their job requires. We do not share client information with other clients.
If you become a client, we work inside accounts you own — your domain, your website, your Google Business Profile. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and that data stays under your control.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store it. Stripe's privacy policy governs what they do with it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within a year. Client records are kept as long as the working relationship lasts, plus the period our accountant and Washington State require afterward.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aacoremarketing@gmail.com and we will handle it within 30 days. No form, no fee.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and you are a client, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice.
